Family ‘incredibly concerned’ about missing man Shaun Banner of Invergordon


The family of a missing man in the Highlands are ‘incredibly concerned’ for his well-being.

Shaun Banner, 34, was last seen near Invergordon station just after midnight on Saturday April 23.

He is described as 5ft 7in tall, slim in build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing green and brown “Crofter” work pants, a gray “Rogue Attitude” puffer jacket, a blue “RSE” work top, and gray, purple and gray Nike Air max sneakers. blue.

His family have issued an appeal on social media, asking anyone with information to come forward.

They wrote: “We are at a desperate stage in the search for Shaun. Our family is incredibly worried, Shaun hasn’t been himself lately and we’re worried about his state of mind and just want to know he’s safe.

Sharing Shaun’s photo is important so please keep sharing widely. Constantly reminding people what he looks like and that he hasn’t been found yet.

Alness Police Station Inspector Chris Murray said: ‘We remain very concerned for Shaun’s well-being and it is only increasing over time and he remains out of contact with his family and friends.

‘Thorough police investigations and searches are ongoing and I urge anyone who may have information that could help to get in touch.

“I would also ask the local community to remain vigilant and check any sheds or outbuildings where someone may seek shelter regularly and share anything important with us.
